Youth Athletic & Skill Training

Here at the Utah Athletic Center we have created tons of programs to help improve your athlete both mentally and physically.

With Speed and Agility clinics offered to help your athlete be quick on their feet, and to know what muscles are your fast acting ‘twitch’ muscles. Speed and Agility is offered for any kind of athlete that is looking to improve their athletic self.

Sports Psychology to help your athlete understand the way they can think and improve their mentality during the rough times in training. Helping them understand that just because you have a bad day doesn’t mean you cant change it for the better once you step on the court.

DTS (Development Training System) has started with Club V Volleyball, this is our first program that has been open and offered to all age groups in the Club V family, it is happening 4x a week 3x a day and is continuing to grow in numbers every week. This program is so great because it allows all the girls no matter what their level of play is to play, train, and most of all laugh together on the court.
